The Full Story

Nick Eubanks is an American entrepreneur, digital strategist, and executive agency coach. He takes a "traffic first" approach to testing ideas and building businesses, with a deep focus on organic search and creating independent revenue streams.

As of January 2026, Nick is the Global CMO of Digistore24, one of the world's leading digital commerce and affiliate marketing platforms. Prior to this role, Nick served as Vice President at Semrush (NASDAQ: $SEMR) from 2023 through the end of 2025, following the simultaneous acquisitions of his two companies.

Nick was the Founder and CEO of From The Future, which was acquired by The Agency Shop, a private equity investment accelerator, in 2023. He is also the Co-Founder of Traffic Think Tank, a private community for the best SEOs on the planet, which was acquired by Semrush in 2023.

His previous companies included Traffic Safety Store, a traffic safety ecommerce brand he grew from 7 to 8 figures during his 5 years there (2012–2017) as Partner and VP of Digital Strategy. Prior to that, Nick was the Co-Founder and CEO of Factor Media, creators of Toshobako.jp — a Japanese consumer review website he started, scaled, and sold in 19 months to a Ziff Davis subsidiary.

Nick's first founding was in 2008 when he and two partners started Atomni, a digital marketing agency and the creators of Molecule, a lightweight PHP CMS. Over the course of his career he has also built and sold dozens of smaller websites in lead generation, affiliate, content, and ecommerce.

Today, Nick maintains Ancillary.com as an independent agency advisory — helping agency owners package and sell AI as a premium service — and runs Assassins Only, an invite-only mastermind for builders looking to grow their audience and revenue.
